Jago177 Terms & Conditions — Malaysia Platform Guidelines

1. Definitions & Scope

"jago177", "we", "our platform" refer to the website and online services operating under the domain jago177.my. "Member", "you", "user" refer to any individual who has registered for or is using jago177's services. "Services" encompasses all games, financial transactions, promotions, and customer support provided through the jago177 platform.

2. Member Eligibility

3. Account Registration

During the jago177 account registration process, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as per your MyKad, an active Malaysian mobile number, a valid email address, and your bank account or eWallet details for withdrawal purposes.

Jago177 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with industry guidelines. You may be asked to provide a copy of your valid MyKad or passport, a bank statement dated within the last 3 months, or other relevant supporting documents to verify your identity.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols. jago177 strongly encourages enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. Never share your login credentials with anyone, including jago177 staff.

4. Deposits & Payments

Jago177 supports all major local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. Deposit details are as follows:

All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). jago177 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your eWallet provider or bank may apply their own charges, which are beyond our control. Successful deposits will be credited to your jago177 account balance instantly.

5. Fund Withdrawals

Jago177 members may withdraw at any time, provided the following conditions are met: the account has been fully verified through the KYC process, there are no active bonuses still subject to rollover requirements, and there are no ongoing investigations related to the account.

Withdrawal Limits & Processing Times

• Standard Member: Daily withdrawal limit of RM5,000, processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Silver VIP Member: Daily withdrawal limit of MYR 10,000, processed within 10–20 minutes.
• Gold VIP Member: Daily withdrawal limit of MYR 20,000, processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Platinum & Diamond VIP Members: Daily withdrawal limit of MYR 50,000, processed within 5 minutes.

Jago177 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits or appear unusual based on the account's transaction history. This is a protective measure to prevent fraud and money laundering.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by jago177 are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• The welcome bonus requires a minimum rollover 5x of the combined deposit and bonus amount before withdrawals are permitted.
• The weekly reload bonus requires a minimum rollover 3x.
• VIP Cashback is credited every Monday and requires a rollover 1x only.
• Each member is entitled to one welcome bonus for the lifetime of their account.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members and cannot be directly exchanged for cash.
• Jago177 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud or system abuse.

7. Game Rules

All game results are final. jago177 is not liable for any technical errors during a gaming session caused by disruptions on the member's end. In the event of a technical failure on jago177's side, affected games will be voided and stakes returned to the member's account balance.

Sports Betting

All Sports Betting odds are final at the time the bet is placed. Bets accepted prior to any unforeseen events — such as a key player injury or weather change — are valid and cannot be voided on those grounds. jago177 reserves the right to cancel or suspend bets on any event suspected of match manipulation.

8. Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jago177 platform and may result in immediate account termination:

• Using more than one account for the same individual.
• Sharing your account with another individual, including family members.
• Using automated software, bots, or any technical tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing opposing bets (arbitrage betting) to guarantee risk-free profit.
• Using the jago177 platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Disrupting or attempting to hack jago177's security systems.

9. Data Security
